This is the view my husband and I had as we approached the Columbia River Bridge to leave the state of Washington and enter the state of Oregon in the summer of 2004. The west coast on highway 101 was the last big trip to round off our 2 years on the road as full time RVers. The bridge was so large that I remember telling myself "We are almost there" often. I have so many pictures of bridges but this one is by far my favorite bridge.
